We are not responsible for such information, data or material communicated, posted, transferred or stored on the website. In particular, we do not warrant the quality or accuracy of such information, data or material and are not liable if it contains any Offending Material (defined below). Your use of such information, data and material is solely at your own risk and is subject to all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice. Purchase of Goods or Services
4.1 You may find that we may advertise or promote goods and services. Your offer to purchase or acquire such goods or services shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
4.2 Any and all descriptions and representations made in relation to third parties' goods and services on the website have been provided based on information and materials supplied by the respective third parties or on an "as-is" basis. We may have not tested nor used such goods or services and all purchases or dealings carried out with such third parties are at your own risk and we have no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a consequence thereof.
Custom clearance & taxes
5.1Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, MultiVid will assist you fully. Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your goods enter your country: in most cases there is nothing to pay, but if there is, you simply receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the products.
• Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country - and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred. Please read the full small print of the MultiVid terms and conditions, which you are agreeing to at the point of placing an order.
• Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing your order.
• All prices are displayed ex VAT and VAT at the current UK rate, will be added accordingly at the checkout page.
• Speak to the MultiVid Customer Support Team if you need more advice about taxes, shipping invoices and paperwork, and customs declarations.
Shipping & Delivery Policy:
6.1 We ship to all destinations using FedEx or TNT for local UK destinations, shipping costs are calculated by the checkout.
6.2 Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location.
6.3 Shipping costs and options are set out in this site when you select “Shipping Estimate” when you check out.
6.4 We aim to ship all accepted orders, where products are in stock, as soon as possible.
6.5 Items will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received in full and transit time may vary between 3-5 business days. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the deliver postcode. Once we dispatch your order/s, we will not be able to refund if you have changed your mind on your purchases unless the order/s arrives DOA or faulty.
Our Returns Policy
7.1 You may return most items sold by us. within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus any carriage
charges incurred by us. Extended returns period must be agreed upon before ordering.
7.2 We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
7.3 We will do our best to process your return quickly.
7.4 Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or bank account.Follow these directions to return by mail:
8.1 Contact us via the Web firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0)116 3500230 to obtain a Return Authorization Number Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
8.2 Include the packing list with your product and indicate on it the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via FedEx/UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery.
8.3 We also recommend that you re-use the original shipping carton and packing materials.
8.4 You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product you received was damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
8.5 Please include or email the postal receipt in your return package.
9.1 If you would like to exchange the item you have purchased, contact our service representative and simply return the product as instructed and place a new order.
9.2 The product must be received by us in the original packing including all accessories, manuals, in a resalable form.
9.3 Once we receive the returned item, we will ask for or credit the difference. For any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact a customer service representative.
10.1 EMS provides a 1 or 3-year from the purchase date “RTB” (Return-To-Base) warranty on goods we sell. Customers are liable for any return postage which may incur. When you RTB your goods, we will repair it, or, at our option replace it when we consider it defective.
10.2 Where we elect to replace the goods, the exact model of the goods may not be available. In such a case at our discretion, we have the right to substitute the goods with a similar one.
10.3 If you have goods which you believe is faulty, please ensure that you thoroughly test it before returning it to us.
10.4 If goods which you returned to us because it appears faulty and later found not be so or if the goods is faulty and where the goods is NOT under warranty, you may incur an administrative fee.
10.5 Goods will not be returned to you or tested until you have paid any administrative fee and return postage fee.
10.6 You need to provide proof of purchase when you are making a warranty claim.
10.7 You are responsible for the storage of all your invoices/receipts/bank Statements/Credit Card Statement.
10.8 You must return goods in its original packaging, or well packed so that the goods do not sustain any damage in transit.
10.9 You must also return all software, manuals and accessories when you do so.
11.1 We do not guarantee that use of this website will be compatible with all hardware and software which may be used by visitors to the site.
11.2 Except as set out in clause 5.3, we will be under no liability to you whatsoever whether in contractor, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise for any injury, death, damage or direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and like loss) howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the use, accessing, downloading or relying on any information or the materials contained in this website, including, without limitation, as a result of any computer virus.
11.3 These terms and conditions do not exclude our liability (if any) to you for personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, for fraud or for any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude or to attempt to exclude our liability.
Jurisdiction and Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
12.1 This website is controlled and operated by us from our EMS office in England. The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity in all aspects whatsoever of these terms and conditions or of any term of these terms and conditions or any dispute in relation to the materials contained in this website shall be governed by English law. The English and Welsh courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or use of the website.
